They have been very consistent in the service they have given us, often going out of their way to make sure our bars are running smoothly. All the machines that they provide are of the highest quality. Our opening times are relatively awkward, not opening until late in the afternoon every day. They have worked around this, sending out Engineers and ice deliveries in the evening and at weekends. We are very happy with the customer service which they deliver every single time.
